About us
The Refuge Youth Ministry is a ministry of Bethany Evangelical Church in Carlisle, PA in partnership with Plainfield First Church of God and Engage Community Church. We meet every Sunday evening at the New Beginnings Loft, 558 Petersburg Road, Carlisle. We exist to care for the needs of young people, desiring to walk alongside them with encouragement, love, and spiritual direction.
